"⭐ 1/5 — If I could give zero stars, I would. Worst experience ever at Zolo Cosmopolis. Let me break it down: ❌ AC doesn’t work properly – either it makes noise, leaks water, or just acts dead. ❌ Bugs & cockroaches roam freely like they pay rent. Hygiene is an alien concept here. ❌ No regular cleaning – the rooms get dusty and filthy, and no one shows up despite multiple complaints. ❌ There was a short circuit incident and actual fire in the building. Safety is a joke. No staff or system in place to handle emergencies. ❌ Deposit refund scam – As shown in the attached screenshot, I deposited ₹9400. They deducted ₹2301 as “exit fee”, ₹2754 + ₹318 for electricity (god knows how), and only refunded ₹4027. What kind of math is this? Zolo promises a “managed” stay. Reality: mismanaged hell. They just take your money, ignore your complaints, and give zero care about your safety or comfort. Not recommended even for a short stay. Please avoid this place. Total waste of money and peace of mind."
